Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. Customers must contact our support team before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized championship belts cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Sale items and special custom orders may also be non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or refund if applicable.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be submitted within the eligible return period.
Return Shipping
